Rye Beach, on the New Hampshire Seacoast has been a favorite & affordable seaside vacation spot for generations!

Our motel and cottages are located in quiet country surroundings by the sea. It is an easy five minute walk (.2 mile) to an excellent sandy beach for swimming with a rocky area to explore on. We are only quarter mile to Rye Harbor for deep sea fishing, whale watching, and boating. We have plenty of easy parking for your convenience on our 3 and one half acre resort grounds for most size and extra vehicles.

We are located close to golfing, tennis courts, and bike paths. Several good restaurants are close by, and it is only a short drive to the boardwalk and casino ballroom of Hampton beach, the summer theatre, Prescott Park and the famous Strawberry Banke colonial village of downtown Portsmouth. A small shopping center with a general store & restaurant, and a gift & clothing shop are located within one quarter mile. Large shopping areas and travel services are just a few minutes away.
